Sony has ambitions of expanding their Spider-Man universe franchise in all directions. They succeeded beyond my wildest imaginations with Into the Spider-Verse.

In all honesty, I struggled with how to start my review of this film. I can't put my finger on what I enjoyed the most about this film. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about the film. It's simply an achievement in everything, it tells a great and unique story, beautiful animations and visuals, great voice acting and honestly, it's secretly a great Christmas movie. With all the superhero theatrics and world ending dangers lurking, Into the Spider-Verse is secretly a family movie at heart, with miles and his biological parents on one hand and his budding multi-verse of fellow Spider-Verse heroes.
It starts with our hero Miles Morales, a young man struggling to become the hero his world and universe needs. He comes under the tutelage of a more experienced but rough around the edges Spider-Man of another universe, the classic and fan fave Peter Parker. As the movie continues, more and more different Spider-Men appear. Some being pretty bizarre and weird, but all enjoyable as they all team up together to restore balance to their multiverse. They all add something new and fun as the movie goes on adding to a more than serviceable story and plot, in fact the story in itself is great, keeping the movie at a fast and fun pace with rarely a dull moment.
The villains are varied to match our many Spider-Men, led by the formidable Kingpin Wilson Fisk. The most powerful mob boss in New York, extremely ruthless to boot who would stop at nothing to succeed with his plan. All the while, Miles struggles to balance keeping his secret identity from his family, school life as well as save the world with his fellow Spider-Men. There are a lot of growing pains for our hero, but it is a journey filled with laughter and joy despite the surprising dark turns this movie takes at times.
SO IN SHORT GO AND WATCH THE BEST SPIDER-MAN MOVIE EVER (MAYBE)
Final Score : 9.5. The best Spider-Man movie ever with the best Spider-Men ever, and strong contender for best superhero movie of the year.
(also end credits scene is perfection , it's a bit meta but it is awesome and worth the extra 5 minutes.)
